I do not know the year of this Alvis. I wish I did. We ran across it the day before a big auto auction in Buxton, Derbyshire back in July. The location was the famous Pavilion Gardens, and the event was big, and I do mean “big”.
The first thing we noticed about the car was the stunning two-tone blue. But, very quickly it was easy to see that it was in fabulous condition. This was that you could hop into and drive any distance. Well, maybe any distance. Certainly you could cruise the A roads of Derbyshire in luxury.
