We did Dames at Sea at Lincoln College in April of 1978. Scenery and lighting by me. Directed by Neil Newlon. Musical Direction by Larry Cullison. Choreography by Berna Deane Grimm. The “trick” was that the majority of the second act set was on the stage during the first act. During the intermission the crew caused the second act set, a battleship, to be assembled behind the curtain and in silence.
