I am super-pleased to announce I am now on Unsplash!
Over the years I have snapped thousands of photographs. Some are really good, some are terrible, and a very few are excellent. It is easy to share photos on Flickr, Facebook, and elsewhere. But, the real trick is finding a place where photographs can be distributed for use by anybody who wants them, and have them be totally free.
Unsplash is an interesting Web site that is designed to showcase high-quality photographs and allow them to be downloaded for free. Unsplash is used by nearly anybody.
For those of us who want to have others use our photographs, and are not interested in sales, Unsplash is an excellent platform.
Many of my visitors to this site have enjoyed the photos I have been showing. But, it is nearly impossible to download them from here. However, that has all changed. You can now go to my area on Unsplash and select any photo that is available.

So, are people downloading my photographs? As of this writting, there have been nearly 150 downloads of my pictures. And, even better, they have been viewed almost 10,000 times!
Please take a look at my collections. New photos are added every few days. If you see something you like, you are encouraged to download it. Oh, and by the way, if you click a “like” you will help other people find the photos, too.
